Tori made me feel at ease even with my anxiety. She listens to how I’m feeling and she involves me in all the decision making. She’s presented me with all the appropriate information and evidence to help me recover.

I felt very listened too and not dismissed.
That I was listened too and they replied to emails quickly.
Patience very hard working staff, you all appreciated very much, thank you for all you do,
I found my time with the crisis team incredibly frustrating and at times I wondered if the care I was
receiving could even be classed as such. One of the individuals I spoke to acted unprofessionally
with regards to the fact I was transgender and, despite insisting multiple times that he had treated
transgender patients before, elected to refer to me at one point with my full previous name and
with incorrect pronouns. There was also very little care given in bringing up my prior attempts at
suicide in a tactful and non-triggering manner, and at the end of my time with the service I was
essentially told that there was no support they could give me as, despite the fact that there was no
doubt I was in a crisis, my issue was "too deeply rooted in trauma" to be treatable.
Getting stickers. enjoyed having height and weight measured.
All of it
